Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be fully refunded or rescheduled at your preference. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund.
For package purchases, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you decide to discontinue the package. Sessions already completed are non-refundable. To request a refund on a package, write to us at hello@kalachakra360.com.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
